Mandate

The EICF’s mandate is to:
  1. Create an efficient appeal mechanism through the sale of ESHINE Internet Multimedia Entertainment Card designed for charity, for national fundraising and public response.
  2. Ensure that funds pledged by the donors are used in an effective, timely and fully accountable way and specifically for the EICF-Education Fund.
  3. Facilitate donor co-operation, co-ordination and communication with the agencies and children receivers in the most needed communities.
  4. Raise standards in the implementation of Education Welfare Aid in Asia.
